About us
Crystal Cleaners came into Sheffield off the back of the carpet and upholstery side of the business. That is still the heart of what we do, and it is why the rest of our work looks the way it does.
A few details is all we need to come back with a figure.
How we got here
Spend enough years pulling dirty water out of carpets and you develop a particular habit: you stop trusting how something looks and start checking what comes back out of it. A carpet that looks clean while it is wet can dry grey. A sofa arm that wipes up nicely can bloom a tide mark overnight.
That habit carried into everything else. It is why our deep cleans go inside the cupboards rather than round them, and why we publish a scope of work instead of promising a “thorough clean” and leaving you to find out what that meant.
Sheffield suits us. It is a city of solid older housing, a huge rented sector around the universities, and a hospitality trade that needs its seating turning round at odd hours. All three are work we are set up for.
What we hold to
Every cleaner DBS-checked and the business insured, because most of our customers are not home when we are working.
If a stain is not coming out we tell you beforehand. Taking money for a result we do not expect to get is how firms end up with the reviews they deserve.
Room rates, item rates, hourly rates, the team rate. You should be able to work out roughly what you are in for without speaking to anybody.
Furniture back, pile groomed, floor safe to walk on. A job is not done when the machine goes off.
Feedback
Printed exactly as they were written, typos and all. These came from customers of Crystal Cleaners, so they relate to the wider business rather than to Sheffield jobs specifically.
It was very easy to make an appointment and get in touch with them. The cleaning efficiency was excellent, and the service was truly professional. They took great care of our carpets and handled everything with attention to detail. We needed carpet cleaning because we recently had a lot of home renovations and have cat hair in one room carpet, and we also have a baby arriving soon. This service gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommended!
Fantastic Service, friendly, reliable from start to finish, very well priced, highly recommended, this is the 2nd time using Tom & Marek, certainly wont be the last, thank you very much👍
Excellent service, would highly recommend. Very efficient. Carried out a fantastic job cleaning the patio and steps. Before and after photos.
Our patch
From the terraces off Ecclesall Road to the newer estates out at Mosborough, and up the valley to Stocksbridge. One city, covered properly, rather than a van tearing round three counties.
Most of our regulars began with a single carpet or one sofa. No contract, no tie-in.
