Price list
All of it, on one page
No “prices on application”, no ringing round to find out whether you can afford it. Here is what we charge for everything we do. The only two we will not put a fixed number on are hard floors and commercial work, because both depend entirely on what is actually in front of us.

Bundling
The individual prices do not change when you book several things, but one visit beats three. The combinations people ask for most:
- Stairs, landing and the hallway floor together
- Lounge carpet with the three-seater in it
- Whole-house carpets alongside an end of tenancy
- Oven, hob and extractor as one appliance job
Answers
About these prices
How the numbers on this page work in practice.
Are these fixed prices or estimates?
Carpets, upholstery and ovens are fixed, per room or per item. Domestic cleaning is hourly so the total depends on how long your house takes. Deep cleans and move-outs are a team hourly rate with guide hours by size. Hard floors and commercial are quoted after we have seen them.
Do you add a call-out fee?
No. What is on this page is what you pay, plus anything extra you choose to add.
Is there a minimum charge?
Two hours on a regular domestic visit, three on a one-off. For carpets and upholstery there is no minimum as such, but a single £25 rug on its own is rarely worth the trip for either of us — most people bundle it with a room.
What if it takes longer than the guide?
You hear about it before we start, not after. If the property clearly needs more hours than the guide, you choose whether to add time or have us prioritise rooms.
Is it cheaper to book several things at once?
In practice yes, because it is one visit rather than three. The individual prices stay the same but you are not paying for us to travel out repeatedly.
How do I pay?
We agree the payment method when we confirm the booking, so there is nothing to work out on the doorstep.
Happy with those?
Total yours up online, or ring and we will do it with you.
