Why there is no price on this page
Two offices of identical floor area can be completely different jobs. Headcount, flooring type, how many washrooms, whether there is a kitchen being used properly at lunchtime — all of it changes the hours, and none of it is visible from a form.
So commercial work gets a site visit, a written specification and a quote against that specification. You know exactly what is being done and how often. More usefully, so does the cleaner who turns up, which is the actual reason contract cleaning goes wrong when it goes wrong.
We already do venue seating and hotel corridors, so late finishes and early starts are normal rather than a favour. For blocks we can report after each visit so the managing agent has something to show leaseholders.

How quickly can you quote?
Usually within a few days of walking the site. The visit itself takes half an hour for most offices.
Can you work when we are closed?
Yes — evenings, early mornings and weekends are normal for us. Most offices prefer us finished before staff arrive.
Are your staff checked and are you insured?
Both. Every cleaner is DBS-checked and the business is insured. If your managing agent or facilities team wants the paperwork before we start, ring and we will send it over.
Do you supply the consumables?
We can — hand towels, soap, toilet roll, liners — billed at cost on your invoice. Or supply your own and we will simply keep it stocked.
We have several buildings. Can you cover them all?
Yes. We will build one schedule across the sites and invoice on a single account.
What about a one-off before an inspection?
Ring us. Short-notice one-offs before an inspection, a viewing or an event are something we fit in where we can.
