A few details is all we need to come back with a figure.
In practice
Consistency is what you’re actually buying
The value in a regular cleaner is not the first visit. It is the twentieth, when somebody walks in already knowing that the top of the fridge needs doing monthly, that the bathroom window sticks, and that you would rather the dog’s bed was left alone.
We work to a list agreed with you at the start. On a week where time is tight, something on that list gets prioritised and you get told — instead of a rota quietly shrinking until you are paying the same for half the job.
Products come from us unless you would rather they didn’t. Households with asthma, babies or a strong dislike of scent tend to supply their own, and that is no trouble at all.

Scope of work
What the job covers
Written down so there is no argument about it later. This is the list our cleaners work through on site.
Kitchen
- Worktops, tiles and splashbacks cleared and wiped
- Sink, taps and drainer descaled and dried off
- Hob degreased, oven and appliance fronts wiped
- Cupboard doors and handles
- Bin emptied, liner changed, lid cleaned
- Floor vacuumed then mopped to the edges
Bathrooms
- Bath, shower tray and screen descaled
- Toilet inside and out, including the base and behind
- Basin, taps, mirror and any glass shelving
- Tiles wiped, visible mould treated
- Bins emptied, towels straightened
- Floor vacuumed then mopped
Everywhere else
- Dusting at every level people actually look
- Skirtings, sills, ledges and picture rails
- Mirrors and internal glass polished
- Beds made, or changed if linen is left out
- Carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped
- Rooms tidied enough to be usable, not just clean

Say the word when you book. Ironing is done at the same hourly rate.
Cost
What you’ll pay
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Regular clean — hourly rate | £18/hr |
| Minimum visit | 2 hours |
| Guide: 2-bed house (2 hrs) | £40 |
| Guide: 3-bed house (3 hrs) | £54 |
| Guide: 4-bed house (4 hrs) | £72 |
| One-off / spring clean — hourly rate | £22/hr |
| One-off minimum visit | 3 hours |
The guide totals assume a home in ordinary condition. A first visit after a long gap usually wants an extra hour — we’ll flag that when we speak, not halfway through.

About this service
Ring us with anything that isn’t here.
Will it be the same person every week?
That is how we set regular customers up wherever we can. If your usual cleaner is away you get told who is coming instead, in advance.
Can you let yourselves in?
Yes, plenty of people leave us a key or a code. Every cleaner is DBS-checked and we’re insured. Anything we hold is filed against a job number rather than a street.
What is the shortest visit you do?
Two hours on a regular clean, three on a one-off. Any less and a whole house cannot be done properly, so we would rather not pretend otherwise.
Can I skip a week?
Of course. Holidays, illness, a quiet week — give us what notice you can and we’ll move it rather than charge you for it.
Do you take the ironing?
We iron in the house as part of the visit, charged at the hourly rate. Tell us roughly how big the pile usually is so the time is allowed for.
What won’t you do?
Outside windows, anything needing a proper ladder, and heavy furniture moving without you there. We’ll also not touch clutter we cannot tell is rubbish — leave us a note and it goes.
